May is "National Masturbation Month"!

I was just forwarded this little tidbit of information...

"May means Cinco de Mayo, Memorial Day, yes, Mother's Day ... and masturbation?

That's rightomorrow kicks off National Masturbation Month, as deemed by the people at Good Vibrations in 1995. And while we're not one to pass up sex, going solo does have health and sexual benefits.

A 2003 Australian study found that men who ejaculated more than five times a week were a third less likely to develop prostate cancer. Sexual intercourse doesn't provide the same benefit, researchers say, because it puts you at risk of contracting a sexually transmitted infection.

And we all know pleasuring ourselves makes us better able to pleasure her. It helps you relearn the process of sexual response, which means you last longer in bed.

Couples can learn from watching each other masturbate, says Brian Zamboni, Ph.D., a sex therapist in Minneapolis. "If watch her, you can learn a ton about what makes her feel good," he says.

Zamboni suggests manually stimulating each other: "It's a fun, different way of being sexual with each other. It's also very intimate, and you both learn more about what the other likes."

TIME IS RUNNING OUT!

Busy weekend...

I had a very busy weekend! From this past Wednesday thru Sunday, I had 7 parties scheduled! Though, I ended up doing only 4 parties this weekend because the one cancelled at the last minute. Grrrr...

My sales weren't as high as I'm use to, but it happens. That's sales for ya.

I did get to do a little female bonding with one of my hostesses and her friends this weekend. Sometimes it's nice to have some time to get to know my hostesses and guests as more than just hostesses and guests.

So I had my day off today -- which was spent doing work, having meetings, and doing some recruit training. And I still have a huuuuge pile of laundry that's just waiting to swallow me up whole!

Time management. Definitely need to work on that.

Kind suggestion

As an at-home sales consultant, our parties are our business. When we don't do a party, we don't make money, and that kind of hinders the whole eating, paying rent thing.

Please, don't cancel on us. When someone books a Party with me, she can almost be guaranteed that I will be there unless there is some awful emergency (sick beyond belief, death in family, accident) and even then, I will try to get another rep to do it for her.

If a hostess must reschedule, I ask that she do it as soon as possible so that I have enough time to find someone else to fill the original spot and get her booked for a date that works better for her. No huge deal.

I can be an understanding person when there are circumstances beyond a hostess's control -- family issues, etc.

Please don't cancel on me just because the weather is nice and you want to go out drinking with your friends. You've made an appointment with me, please keep that appointment. When the party is over, go out and party your face off. Enjoy the rest of the day! I'd be right there as well if I didn't have another party to go to straight after.

Just understand that when someone cancels on me at the last possible moment, that puts a damper on my income and this is my full-time job. And when that party is on a day that is wanted by many, those who wanted that date as well miss out, ya know?

I just ask that my hostesses keep the date they booked with me. It'll be a great time and your friends will thank you for it. And, your body just might thank you for it as well. ;-)

That's my gripe for the day. Sorry.

Rapex

Introducing the "Rapex"... the anti-rape condom...

To be worn as a precautionary measure for woman (inserted like a tampon and can be worn for up to 24hours)... This was invented by a woman in South Africa, where the rape rate is the highest in the world with a reported 50,000 cases a year (and that's just reported! doesn't count the child rapes either!)...

When a man inserts his penis into the vagina, the little barbs on the inside of the latex device attach themselves to the penis, and the only way that thing is coming off is if the guy goes to the hospital to get it removed surgically... and when he does, they'll know he's a rapist... The Rapex also acts as a female condom protecting the woman from STD's.

Some people think it's a barbaric device, but I totally agree with the inventor when she says "it's a medieval weapon for a medieval man".... It's a barbaric device for a barbaric act/man...

It's about damn time!!

"Squash & Go"

"Squash & Go" has to be one of my new favorite games to play! I just started playing it the other week and it's been a hit, especially for the folks who've been to two or more of my parties!

Think of it as kind of like "Never Have I Ever...".

Friends and guests learn so much about each other... sometimes more than they expected! And it's all in good fun!

I'm hoping that FYP will have a great niche in the lesbian and gay circuit here! How exciting would that be, hmmm?
